CreatorHustle ("we", "us") helps content creators plan, script, and manage their content. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address to authenticate you and enable password recovery.
• Your content. Ideas, scripts, brand deals, tasks, and notes you create are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store this content on our servers.
• AI requests. When you use an AI tool, the text you submit is sent to our server and to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your result. We do not use it to train models and do not retain it beyond processing the request.
• Subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We receive your subscription status but never your payment card details.
• Basic technical data. A random device identifier is used to rate-limit abuse of the AI service. It is not linked to your identity.

How we use information

To provide and secure the app, deliver AI results, manage subscriptions, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app: Anthropic (AI processing), RevenueCat and Apple (subscriptions), and our hosting provider. Each processes data only on our behalf.

Data retention & deletion

Content stored on your device is removed when you delete the app. To delete your account and associated email, contact us at the address below.

Children

CreatorHustle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
