By using CreatorHustle you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Subscriptions

• CreatorHustle Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate shown at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app or the AI tools, including generating unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it.

AI-generated content

AI output may be inaccurate or unoriginal. It is provided "as is" for your review; you are solely responsible for how you use it.

AI features are subject to daily usage limits to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse. Pro raises these limits well beyond typical daily use.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. Your content is stored in your account and synced across your devices. We work to keep it safe, but we can't guarantee against loss, so keep your own copies of anything critical.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
